We offer a free trial period. Your subscription can be cancelled any time during the free trial at no charge. For monthly subscriptions, cancellation will take you through to the end of the month of renewal. For 6 and 12 month subscriptions, we do not offer refunds for unused portions of the subscription.
The app can be saved on your smartphone or tablet and will function as a normal app. It can also be viewed/saved on a laptop or desktop.
If you are able to cast your device screen to a TV then this should work. The app does not have any inbuilt function for this, so it relies on your device capabilities.
It is best to consult your doctor if you have an injury, but we also offer knee-friendly workouts in the app. All of our programs are perfect for beginners. We start out easy and build up as you get stronger. We recommend using lighter bands to begin/for injury.

We have follow along videos at 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes and 30 minutes, depending on how much time you have. Our Pilates program is also ALL video workouts.
