How do you deliver the 30 Day Body Deck I & II Challenge?
Once you place your order, your thanks page will contain a link to download your file. You will also receive an email with the downloadable ebook file (but it can take up to an hour to come through).
What is the best way to track my results?
Muscle weighs more than fat, so we recommend to take progress photos. You should take progress photos every week, ideally first thing in the morning, take photos from the side and back. Ensure your position is the same and ideally, wear the same bikini/underwear set. It’s AMAZING to see the changes in these photos and it will keep you motivated!
I have back pain and/or knee pain – can I do this program?
We always advise you to get the OK from your doctor. With pain, there is a time for rest, and then a time to strengthen and your doctor can give you the OK. If you are in the strengthen phase then our program is ideal because it’s low impact.
Can I do these from home? Do I need equipment?
Yes, you can complete the whole program from home! You will need your body bands, body deck I & II and a door anchor.
We’ve also included optional stretches from our stretch deck on your rest days.
What is your refund policy?
