Forever. We believe in selling high quality products that last for LIFE. Our bands are made of premium materials and are designed to never break, perish or stretch out, so you never have to replace them.

Do your bands contain latex?

How are your bands different to other brands?

Our Fabric Body Bands are made from durable elastic fabric, so they will never snap, warp, dig in or roll up. These are the last resistance bands you’ll ever need to buy! They are more comfortable against your skin and safer to use compared to rubber resistance bands.

How long will it take me to see results?

If you work out effectively and consistently, you should start seeing results in 2 weeks. However, the best muscle growth occurs after a couple of months – so make sure you’re following a good workout structure and keep your momentum going!

Are these bands safe for pregnant and elderly women?

YES. Our bands are low impact, and perfect for people recovering from an injury and for women who need to exercise in a pregnancy-safe way.

BODY BAND FAQ

How are they different from rubber resistance bands?
Our Fabric Body Bands are made from durable elastic fabric, so they will never snap, warp, dig in or roll up. These are the last resistance bands you’ll ever need to buy! They are more comfortable against your skin and safer to use compared to rubber resistance bands.
Do these dig in like rubber bands?
Absolutely not! Our bands are made from a durable, yet soft fabric. They are comfortable against bare skin, so you can perform every exercise without having to worry about them digging in. Whether you’re doing hip thrusts, bicep curls or squats, our bands will NEVER dig in.
What strength level is each band?
Our bands are all the same loop size (103 cm), but they come in four strength levels. The four different strength levels allow for a huge range of exercises from single arm shoulder movements (requires a lighter band) to lower body movements (requires a heavier band). You can also use more than one band to increase the resistance.
  • Extra Strong- Black Band (with pink stripe): This band adds up to 98lbs (44 kgs) of resistance.
  • Strong- Black Band: This band adds up to 49lbs (22 kgs) of resistance.
  • Medium- Pink Band: This band ads up to 32lbs (13.5kgs) of resistance.
  • Light- Gray Band: This band ads up to 24lbs (11kgs) of resistance.
What does the fabric feel like?
The fabric is durable yet soft to touch. It is incredibly comfortable against your skin and does not pinch, cut into your skin, or pull hair. Our customers LOVE how our bands can be used comfortably against bare skin.
Are these washable?
Our bands are hand washable. If they need to be washed then we advise to handwash and leave them in the open air away from direct sunlight to dry.
Will your fabric bands ever break?
Absolutely not. Our bands are incredibly strong. We use the best fabrics, elastics, and stitching techniques to ensure these bands will never break no matter how strong you are. We also offer a 12-month warranty to back up our band durability.
What exercises do these work for?
Our bands come with a comprehensive exercise guide which shows the best full body exercises to use with the bands. They are incredibly versatile in the range of exercises they can be used with. Just a selection include squats, deadlifts, lunges, bicep curls, tricep extensions and russian twists. They are perfect substitutes for any existing resistance band exercises you are currently doing. They are also fantastic for helping you stretch. You can also anchor the band against a pole to allow you to do hundreds of exercise variations.

How wide and long are these bands?
The bands are 3.2 cm wide and 108cm in long. We’ve tested the sizing and this is perfect for all women whether you are 5 foot or 6 foot in height and size 0 or size 26. Unlike other resistance bands, all of our bands are the same length and width. We have changed the resistence level within the fabric. This means we haven’t made the hard band really thick and difficult to hold, and the easy band thin so it digs in. Instead, every band is a comfortable fit in your hand or against your skin.
Are these sewn or velcro?
All our bands are sewn not velcro which makes them very durable.

How are they different from rubber resistance bands?
Our Fabric Booty Bands are made from incredibly durable elastic fabric meaning they will never break, or roll up. These are the last resistance bands you’ll ever need to buy! They are much stronger than normal resistance bands so they activate your glute muscles 400% more than rubber resistance bands to give you faster and better results. You will be able to build much more muscle with our bands which means you’ll have a more lifted, sculpted and perky booty.
Do these roll like the rubber bands?
Absolutely not! We have specifically designed our bands to be the perfect width and we have latex grip strips sewn inside the bands to ensure they stay in place. This means you will never have to worry about them rolling up during your exercises. Whether you want to do donkey kicks, hip extensions, squats or fire hydrants- our bands will NEVER roll!
What strength level is each band?
Our bands are all the same size but they come in three strength levels. The strength levels have been tested with many women of all different strengths, shapes, and sizes.
 
  • Hard- Black Band: This band is HARD and it provides awesome resistance even for our athlete customers. This band is perfect for use in deadlifts or movements with a narrow stance. Most of our customers use this for a selection of exercises they wish to REALLY challenge the glutes. Resistance strength is 45-55 Lbs (20- 26 Kilos)
  • Medium- Pink Band: Amongst our customers, this is the most used band, it can be used for every fitness level and provides a strong challenge. You will feel the burn after just 2-3 reps. Resistance strength is 34-44 Lbs (15-19 Kilos)
  • Light- Gray Band: This is a great starting resistance level and is also the band we recommend every customer uses in their warm-ups. This band is ideal for lunges and all wide stance movements like sumo squats. This band can also be used for arm resistance exercises. Resistance strength is 23-33 Lbs (10-14 Kilos)

Just a selection include squats, deadlifts, abductions, hip extensions, fire hydrant, donkey kick, hip thrusts, lunges, step ups, lateral walks and monster walks. They are perfect substitutes for any existing resistance band exercises you are currently doing.
Do your bands contain latex?
Yes, we have sewn inner latex grip strips inside the bands so they never roll.
How wide and long are these bands?
The bands are 8cm/ 3.15 inches wide and 70cm/25 inches in their loop diameter. We’ve tested the sizing and this is perfect for a range of women whether you are 5 foot or 6 foot in height and size 0 or size 20. The best thing about our bands is that we are the only company that varies the resistance levels in the fabric, not the band size. Many other companies will just give you a smaller band for “heavy” strength and a larger band for “easy” strength. This means that you will have sizing issues where the heavy band is too tight or the easy band is very loose. All of our bands are the SAME IDEAL SIZE so they FIT PERFECTLY above the knees on every woman.
Are these sewn or velcro?

What type of bands are in the Bundle?
Our Bundle includes both of our best-selling products: our Booty Band Set and Body Band Sets! You get 3 booty bands (light, medium and heavy) and 4 body bands (light, medium, strong and extra strong) for a total of 7 bands, with their workout guides, carry cases, access to our Arena Strength Women community, and access to the member’s section on our site.
Do you get both workout guides?
Yes! Every perk that you get with each individual band set also comes with the Bundle. That means that you’ll get a workout guide specifically for the Booty Bands AND the workout guide specifically for the Body Bands.
What exercises should I use the bands for?
Our Booty Bands are for lower body movements. They’re perfect for exercises like squats, glute bridges and clamshells. Our Body Bands are great for upper body and core movements including side pulls, tricep extensions and chest opens. Can you use multiple bands together?
Yes! For a really good burn, try using a band from each set. Upgrade squats to super squats by using a Booty Band around your knees, while pushing upwards with a Body Band. Before attempting these kinds of exercises, please ensure that you are completing movements correctly and in a safe way.

How do you deliver the Train With Arena Program

I want to build my legs – will this program stop me from doing this?

Absolutely not!

Many of you might also have this goal and you are worried that doing our glute activation program might negatively affect this goal.

We want to assure you that IT WON’T.

Building strength and muscle in your legs require you to lift more weight, eat more protein and do quad/glute intensive exercises like lunges, leg presses and squats.

The issue a lot of women have is that they start this heavy training without properly activated glutes.

This increases your risk of injury because your back, and knees take on the work your glutes should be doing.

So if you want to build your legs SAFELY the best thing you can do is first activate the glutes. And once they are activated you’ll be able to strengthen your legs much quicker and without risk of pulling your back or knees.

Our TRAIN WITH ARENA monthly program does exactly that.

  • MONTH 1: We activate your glutes ready for you to safely build strength in your legs in month 2.
  • MONTH 2: Strength!!! We take you through an intense glute and leg program. This will build/ tone the glutes and shape the legs. If you want to also bulk your legs then we’ll give you additional guidance and exercises to add into our program.
  • MONTH 3 ONWARDS: Full body training and continued guidance for your individual workout goals (bulking VS toning VS debulking)
I have overactive quads – is this a good program for me?

YES!

This is the best program you can do because the first month is focused on only glute-dominant movements.

This means we will train your glutes to ACTIVATE so after the first month they should be firing correctly.

From the second month, we then introduce more leg strengthening exercises and you will be able to build strength safely because your glutes are working correctly.

I have back pain and/or knee pain – can I do this program?

We always advise you to get the OK from your doctor. With pain, there is a time for rest, and then a time to strengthen and your doctor can give you the OK. If you are in the strengthening phase then our program is ideal because it’s low impact.

By activating and strengthening your glutes you are stabilizing your entire body which will help prevent future back or knee injuries. It’s the best thing you can do to remain strong and mobile as you age.

Can I do these from home? Do I need any equipment?

Yes, you can complete the whole program from home! You do not need any equipment other than your resistance bands.

Should I invest in your Arena Fabric Band Set?

We highly recommend it. Why? Our bands are honestly the best. If you are currently using plastic bands then our bands will give you much better results because they are incredibly strong.

Even our lightest band activates your glutes 10X more than a plastic resistance band. So you will see better and faster results. We use the best fabrics, elastics, and stitching techniques to ensure these bands will never break no matter how strong you are.

Does the app have Body Band Workouts and Programs too?

Yes! Our app has 3 levels of upper body programs and 2 X 30-Day core programs too. Strengthening your upper body and core is important for achieving all over tone whilst also supporting your posture as you age. We also have lots of guided follow-alongs so our app is beginner-friendly too!

Ps, We also have 9 months of Total Body Workouts which use both our booty & body bands to give you the best total body results!

What are your cancellation and refund policy?

CANCELLATION: Our subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and the customer will no longer be charged on their next renewal date.

SUBSCRIPTION REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds, credits or subscription pauses for unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, medical conditions, or any similar reason or event unless required by law to do so.

Our money-back guarantee policy on our website applies to our physical products. The free trial we offer for our subscription allows users to trial the product and if they are unhappy they can cancel their subscription without charge.

The Monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time, there are no lock-in contracts. For the yearly subscription, there is a 14 day grace period from the date the annual fee was charged for customers to change their mind. We will refund the subscription amount minus the days used in that period at the full monthly subscription fee rate.

Can I upgrade/downgrade to/from the yearly subscription?

Yes, you can upgrade to the yearly subscription at any time.

What devices can the app be used on? Does it cast to a TV?

The app can be saved on your smartphone and will function as a normal app. It can also be saved on your tablet and desktop computer.

If you are able to cast your device screen to a TV then this should work. The app does not have any inbuilt function for this so it relies on your device capabilities.

We have the follow-along videos in a library in the Members Area of our website so you can also view these from there and potentially display them on your smart TV to follow along to.

Do I need both sets of bands to use the app?

We highly recommend it! Whilst we do have programs designed for each band (our lower body programs use our booty bands, whilst our upper body program is 100% body band) to get the best overall strength and tone, we recommend having both. This will allow you to maximise your results and take advantage of our 30-day core programs, over 8 months of total body tone workouts and all of our follow-along videos!.

Can I use the app as a beginner?

Absolutely! Our programs were all designed with beginners in mind. Every program has multiple levels which increase in difficulty as you get stronger. Not only will you see great results as a beginner, but you’ll continue to see them as our workouts get stronger with you!

Not to mention our 30+ follow-along workouts which range from 5 all the way to 25 minutes. These include guided beginner workouts with both our sets of bands alongside stretching and cooldowns.

Lastly, as a beginner, we know it can be a little scary. So you’ll get access to our exclusive Train With Arena Facebook group where you can ask our top trainers any and every question you have about the workouts. They’re there to support you!

Is Arena Strength collagen food grade & safe?

Yes, Arena Strength Collagen is made from only the highest quality, food-grade ingredients. It is manufactured in the USA in conjunction with strict US food standards.

Is your collagen genetically modified (GMO)?

No, Arena Strength collagen is not made from ingredients that are genetically modified. It is 100% GMO-Free.

Is Arena Strength collagen suitable for vegans & vegetarians?

No, Arena Strength Collagen is made from Chicken and Beef. It is not suitable for Vegans.

Is our collagen gluten/dairy/soy-free?

Yes, Arena Strength collagen is 100% Gluten, Dairy and Soy Free.

I have an allergy. Is this product safe for me?

Our collagen is made in a facility that handles eggs, wheat, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, soybeans, crustaceans, shellfish, and fish. While our manufacturers do their best to keep our product separate, some crossover may occur.

What’s different about Arena Strength collagen, compared to other brands?

While most brands of collagen contain only two types of collagen, Arena Strength collagen contains 5 types of collagen: I, II, III, V and X. Our collagen is from grass-fed, pasture-raised cows and cage-free chickens. It also contains the natural substance hyaluronic acid which is responsible for skin hydration, this increases the benefits to the skin. Our collagen is tasteless and odorless and can be added to any liquid, hot or cold.

How much collagen do I need?

Just one 10 gram serving per day mixed into your favorite beverage is enough to see & feel great results. Studies show that results show in 4-6 weeks.

How do I know it’s working?
