How long do they last?
We offer a 1-year replacement warranty in the event your bands or cards snap or break, but most of our happy customers never replace them. The warranty does not include packaging (cases).
How do I know which exercises to do?
The exercise cards have detailed instructions on how to do each exercise. There are 52 unique exercises in total. If you prefer follow-along workouts, try our app.
How are they different from other resistance bands?
Our Fabric Bands are made from durable elastic fabric, so they are much less likely to snap, warp, or roll up. They are more comfortable against your skin and safer to use compared to rubber resistance bands. Most of our happy customers never need to replace them.
What size & strength level is each band?

What are they made from (and do they contain latex)?
The outer fabric is cotton, which is durable yet soft to the touch. The inner grip and stretch is latex. Got a latex allergy? You can still get a great workout with our Body Bar + Body Bands, which avoid the bands touching your skin.
Are they washable?
The cards are waterproof and can be hand-washed in the event of spills or sweat. The bands are hand washable. Leave them in open air away from direct sunlight to dry.
Are they sewn or velcro?
All bands are sewn, not velcro, for added durability.

How are the cards different from normal playing cards?
Our cards are plastic, which makes them waterproof and durable. Unlike cardboard cards, they will last much longer! They are also larger than a normal playing card.
Why do the resistance bands have different strengths? Can’t I just buy one?
We recommend purchasing in sets because different strengths are often used for different body parts, and it allows you to level up as you get stronger.
