How do I download the challenge?
Once you place your order, the thanks page will contain a link for you to download the challenge. You will also receive an email with the downloadable ebook file (this may take up to 10 minutes to come through).
I don’t want my thighs to get bigger, is right for me?
If you have overactive quads, and/or you don’t want thicker legs, this is a great program for you. The first month is focused on only glute-dominant movements. This means we will train your glutes to ACTIVATE so after the first month they should be firing correctly. From the second month, we then introduce more leg strengthening exercises and you will be able to build strength safely because your glutes are working correctly.
Can I do the challenge at home? What equipment is needed?
Yes you can do it from home, you only need our booty bands. Grab your Booty Bands here if you don’t have a set.
