10 Minute Follow Along Booty Routine (No Equipment Needed)


We hope you love this CHALLENGING 10 Minute Follow Along Booty Routine!

It’s fun and it targets all three glute muscles so it will lift, shape and firm your booty and thighs.

You can do this booty burner at home and if you don’t have bands you can still complete this routine without them. Adding Arena Strength fabric resistance bands will make it more challenging. If you do have bands start off on the gray and as you get stronger move up to pink and black.

    O..M..G I just did the 10 minute follow along booty routine at home. That was intense for just 10 minutes. What a great little workout for my first time👌I started off on the pink band but should have used the grey till I get stronger and probably will next time😯

    Hi! I had a DVT in my leg this February, my question is how safe it is to do these exercises with the bands? I have ordered and received mine. Do you have any health specialist in your team who could give me some advise, please? Can these bands badly affect veins in the leg?
