WARRANTY AND RETURNS POLICY

Can I return my product?

For Australia and United States orders, Arena Strength offers all customers a risk-free 30 day Money Back Guarantee (with the exception of our digital products eg. apps/ebooks and our Perfect Portion Program), subject to conditions below.

For UK and Canada orders, Arena Strength can only offer a return / refund for damaged goods or shipping mishaps/issues on our part (eg. receiving an incorrect product).

For all Countries:

• • In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged on delivery, Arena Strength will repair, replace or provide a full refund upon return of the item, only if all conditions pertaining to that item (outlined below) are met. You must make contact with Arena Strength within 30 days of receipt of product and products returned within 7 days of Authorisation of return.

For US/AU only:

• If you change your mind about the purchased product, you are welcome to return the product for a refund (excl. postage fee), exchange for another product or receive a Credit Note provided the below conditions are met:

The following conditions do apply:

• You must make contact with us and return goods within 30 days from date of purchase
• The product must not be a food item (eg. why protein, collagen). As a health & safety precaution, these are non-returnable.
• The product is not our Perfect Portion Program
• The product is not a digital product (apps/ebooks etc)
• All returned products must be in their original condition (including all original product packaging)
• Proof of purchase will be required
• For damaged / faulty items photos may be requested via email, within 30 days of receipt of goods
• Any Credit Notes issued are valid for 3 months from date of issue. After such time will be null & void unless extension is agreed in writing with Arena Strength

PLEASE NOTE: Arena Strength at their discretion have the right to reject returns outside the 30 day return period, or for items which are not in their original condition (including all original product packaging). Reasonable care of returning goods must be taken. Failure to do so may result in refusal of the return for a refund or we may deduct up to 50% of the cost based on the condition of the goods.  Product returns that do not meet our Return criteria will be at the Buyers Disposal.

What if I receive an incorrect product?

In the unlikely event that you should receive an incorrect product, a reshipment of the correct item will be sent out:

• Immediately after we receive the original product from you.
• To the original address on order, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

NB: The incorrect product should be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee (AU/US only)
If you change your mind during the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee window, please send an image of the product in perfect condition with your email to [email protected]. This will help to fast-track your refund/credit note.

1 Year Warranty Returns 
Any returns outside of the 30 Day Money back Guarantee window will be accepted for product faults only and upon the conditions outlined in the “1 Year Structural Warranty” section.

The correct return address will be sent out via email and is dependant on country of purchase.

Note: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days once above conditions are met.

1 Year Structural Warranty – Booty + Body Bands + Workout Card Decks + Anchor Strap Only

Arena Strength Booty Bands, Body Bands, Workout Card Decks & Anchor Strap come with a 1 Year Structural Warranty so you can shop with complete peace of mind.

Arena Strength will, at our discretion, repair or replace any Band, Card or Anchor Strap product with a manufacturing or materials fault for the duration of 1 year from purchase date:

Warranty does not apply if:

• Damage caused by:
  • Inappropriate washing or cleaning products used
  • Misuse
  • Abuse or neglect
  • Failure to follow recommended maintenance guidelines
• Normal wear and tear
• Wearing, pilling, creasing, stains or fading of fabric
• Fading or discolouration caused by excessive exposure to direct sunlight
• Products not used for intended purposes
• The product have been tampered or modified with in any way
• Force Majeure
• The 1 year warranty does not apply to packaging materials for your items (eg. boxes, bags, cases, clips, rubber bands, zippers on casing etc.)

Please note:

1. This 1 Year Warranty does not apply to any of our products that have been purchased for commercial use. The bands might be slightly different sizes. Anything from 13.2-14.2 inches is an acceptable band size difference and does not require replacement.
2. The 1-year warranty does not apply to any of our food items (collagen, whey protein) or clothing items (leggings).

Is there a warranty for the Perfect Portion Program, Leggings or Water Bottle?

The Arena Strength Perfect Portion Program, Leggings and Water Bottle do not come with a one year warranty. However, if you are in Australia or the US and are not satisfied with your Leggings or Water Bottle, you can return it in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately our Perfect Portion Program has a no returns policy. If you order from UK or Canada, you may return any defective item within 30 days for a full refund.

How to activate your warranty
