Choose from a pre-done sequence card or follow the instruction card to create your own sequences. You can mix and match with our other card decks for even more workout possibilities.
How long do they last?
We offer a 1-year replacement warranty on the cards (not the case), but most of our happy customers never replace them.
Why are there two Yoga Decks?
There’s so many Yoga Poses, we needed two decks to fit them all in! Yoga Deck I has been designed to be easier poses, while Yoga Deck II is more challenging poses, focussing on twists and balance movements.
What are they made from (and where are they made)?
They are made from durable plastic (not cardboard) and are sweat-proof and waterproof. Designed in the USA and made in China.
Are they washable?
You can use a damp cloth to wipe your cards, or wash them under water if they get dirty. They are fully waterproof.
