Total Body Training Program
Our Total Body Program includes 4 weekly workouts that will strengthen all the key areas: Booty, Legs, Abs, Core, Upper Body. The aim here is to give you strong, beautiful curves. We focus on lifting the booty, toning the legs & arms and tightening your waist. All movements are low impact and extremely effective. We release new workouts every month.
