You’ll need your own set of dumbbells, but if you don’t have any, grab our body bands and body bar, which easily converts to a dumbbell. We also offer other workout card decks, to mix and match to create even more workout possibilities.



How do I create workouts?
Choose from a pre-done routine card or shuffle the cards to create your workout. We also include an instruction card to show you how many cards you’ll need to create your own workout. You can mix and match with our other card decks for even more workout possibilities.

How long do they last?
We offer a 1-year replacement warranty on the cards (not the case), but most of our happy customers never replace them.

Are they washable?
You can use a damp cloth to wipe your cards, or wash them under water if they get dirty. They are fully waterproof.
